MACTA Brown Bag Discussed Customer Inquiry Tracking

Those who were unable to attend missed a great demonstration and discussion on a new “customer inquiry tracking tool,” developed by Quad Cities Television. The tool is currently in an expanded beta test – with discussions during the “Brown Bag” revolving around how/if/when it could be shared with other communities.
