The Minnesota Association of Community Telecommunications Administrators (MACTA) is a statewide professional organization of city representatives and staff, as well as a state chapter of National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) and was established to address the issues concerning cable television and franchise development and has evolved into an advocacy organization to help shape the rapidly changing telecommunications landscape as it affects its members.
